Return and Cancellation Policy

Here at MyNameNecklaceCanada, we strive to make every piece of personalized jewelry as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates. But if you feel that your item arrived damaged or has an error, please let us know immediately.
We want to hear from you and will do everything possible to rectify this situation. To get in touch with us concerning a return or cancellation, please email us here.


Return Policy

New, unworn items can be returned to MyNameNecklaceCanada within 100 days of delivery. Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.


Cancellation Policy

Once your order has been submitted we are immediately beginning the process of production of your personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase, the restocking fee is 30% of the total amount of the item. To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Representatives.
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your cancellation request. Your account you used to purchase your items will be refunded. It may take up to 7 business days from the day your refund was approved.
