I've loved all the products I've ordered from you, but have had considerable difficulty with your customer relations. I emailed my 1st problem finding an item that I wanted to reorder with a different name 3 times, sent a note that you don't care about customer satisfaction, & THEN you responded. By then, I had ordered what I didn't want. When I finally got the help I needed, I assumed that the 1st order didn't go through, so I ordered the original one that I wanted. Weeks later, I received the 1st order, which I sent as a gift. Then many weeks after that, I received ANOTHER with the identical name. In my attempt to return it, I asked repeatedly by e, & got no response. I finally got an e saying I would be called on a certain day. I e'd back saying that was a busy day for me, gave them my times of events, & then nothing. NO phone call to me as you said, NO e from you in response to mine, no nothing. So I finally sent the unwanted item back to the address on the envelope. I'm thankful for finding the space to again state my frustration with your service department.
