When you place your order, you can choose the chain length; in most items you can choose a 14/16/18/20/22 inch chain.
On each item page, under the Instructions tab, you can get assistance from our Chain Length Guide which gives you exact guidance on how to choose the length.
However, as we did in your case, if the chain you received is not in the correct length, we always replace it to make sure it fits perfectly.
