I love the necklace it's very beautiful. The service was terrible. I brought the necklace for a Xmas present and all over your website was delivery by the 23rd of December. Didn't come and when I emailed I received a very generic response. I love the necklace but the service was pathetic!! I will not be recommending my name necklace due to the horrible service and the embarrassment I had on Xmas day being the only one without a present. The worst thing was no one even cared, no apology. NOTHING. I was just another number spending my money!!!!
