My original order came quick. It was too big which was my own fault so I took advantage of your free resize option...which still cost me close to $20 for registered mail, but I was fine with that. That was back in April and I still haven't received my new ring and when I've emailed regarding this situation I'm being told to "keep waiting" "give it more time" it's well passed the 20-22 shipping days that I was quoted. I'm absolutely not satisfied. My original order was placed 3+ months ago..I am aware that I needed a resize but that's horrific customer service. I'm out the money for my order plus the return fee through the post office with NO RING!
