I reached out to the company and they were awful to get ahold of. They only have email contact, most times was minimum 24h before replies. I'd receive a reply, email back within seconds and not hear again for up to 72hours. Ended up only receiving a credit for the site, which if one product left me this way they all are. They also applied the discounts then applied tax, but the tax was on the total initial amount. Overall I'm very unhappy with this company! I started communicating with them at the end of December... Feb 12 is when we came to a "resolution " one of which was not what I was asking for. In this 6 week time frame there were only emails to contact and days between replies.
