When the bracelet arrived, I was so pleased with the look and clean lines of the piece. I ordered 5 charms with my children and grandchildrens names on it. Unfortunately the first day I wore it the latch came undone and I lost all of the charms. I emailed the company and they were highly responsive and concerned to make it right. They sent me a new product right away. A note to ensure the clasp is shut properly and you will be good to go. I wear this everyday. It is simple and elegant
