Can I add a 6th ring?
Unfortunately, no. At the moment, the Russian Ring necklace is only available with up to 5 rings. In solid gold, it’s only available with up to 3 rings.
Are the rings on this necklace fixed, or can they move freely?
The rings are interlocked, but they move freely against each other. This gives the necklace its flexible and natural look.
Can I add an engraving on the back of the rings?
Unfortunately, no. At the moment, only the front of each ring can be engraved.
Does my item come with a warranty?
Yes. We want to make sure you'll enjoy your beautiful jewelry for years to come. That's why all of our items include a warranty:
- Gold and diamond pieces include a 2-year warranty.
- Silver, gold-plated, and rose gold-plated items include a 2-year warranty.
You also have the option of purchasing an extended 5-year warranty when you place your order. Note in all cases, our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items.
Can I make any special requests when I order? (Like an extra character, a different chain length, an extra capital letter, etc.)
