Definitely a great product, and the out of the box value is spot on. It came out better than I expected it too! My only issue was that the chain was wrapped up in a knot beneath the foam padding inside the gift box, and it took a very long time to untangle that. I would like to see a change in how the chain is wrapped and packed for the future.
