The necklace was beautiful once I got it. My problem was that the website wouldn't take my debit card payment, so it took several e-mails and 2 weeks to pay for it. Then, I received the wrong item, and had to converse through e-mail many times to get the problems straightened out. It did not arrive in time for Christmas. If there had been a phone number to call, it would have been much, much easier to resolve my problem. So, I was disappointed in the company itself, but the monogram necklace was beautiful.
