This piece and chain is of good quality, and the chain is pretty and sturdy. I was very pleased with the turnaround time, and arrived before the projected date. My piece has two gems - one of which is bigger than the other, therefore it sits much higher in the setting as a result. I ordered two necklaces, both with two gems, and the second necklace have same sized gems and looks great. I suppose just a quality check missed on the the one. Overall, impressed with the product.
