2 year warranty from date of purchase
- All Standard Warranty conditions:
- Damaged Pendant
- Damaged Chain
- Stone Repair: replacement or fixes
- Tarnished jewelry
- Not including lost or stolen cases
Instructions
  • If your jewelry has any defects that is covered by the Premium Warranty, please send a clear image of the defected product to our Customer Care Team and we will gladly replace.
    Please include a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.
    All items must be returned before new products can be reproduced.
    Please note that the warranty does not cover lost or stolen cases.
